To facilitate improvements to Beltway Drive and the Beltway Drive Trail to the south of Addison Grove, the Town has requested that a section of the existing masonry wall be removed. This will include 255 linear feet of wall that is generally located immediately west of the terminus of Magnolia Street (shown in pink in the diagram).
Demolition is currently scheduled to begin on December 5 and is anticipated to take approximately one week to complete. During this time, a temporary chain link fence will be used as a construction barrier. After the wall has been removed, a temporary 8-foot-tall wood fence will be constructed on the property line to screen ongoing construction activity. The temporary wood fence will be removed following the completion of the adjacent townhomes.
