The Town continues to experience issues with some utility payments mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). In November and January, staff identified mailed payments that were not received and contacted USPS for support. The Town is also working with its billing vendor to improve mail processing. Residents with account questions may contact Utility Billing at 972-450-7081 for assist
The Texas Public Information Act gives the public the right to request access to government information. The act is triggered when a person submits a written request to a governmental body.
The request must ask for records or information already in existence. The Act does not require the governmental body to create new information, to do legal research or to answer questions.
