The Town continues to experience issues with some utility payments mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). In November and January, staff identified mailed payments that were not received and contacted USPS for support. The Town is also working with its billing vendor to improve mail processing. City Council typically holds business meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, and work sessions are frequently held prior to the regular meeting.
Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of the month.
Times and locations are subject to change. Agendas are posted below three days before meetings.
As of November 12, 2025 Addison City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be held at the New Town Hall at 15600 Addison Road.
Meetings will be live-streamed on the Watch Meetings Live page or on Channel 99 for AT&T subscribers and channel 16 for Spectrum subscribers.
Public comment for City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings is available both in-person or by submitting them electronically.

Comments must be submitted by 3pm the day of the meeting. Email or written comments that have not been requested to be part of the record will be acknowledged during the meeting but not read into the record. Email or written comments that have been requested to be part of the record will be attached to the minutes of the respective meeting.
The public may make comments in person during the visitors' section of a meeting by completing a Public Comment Card prior to the meeting or when public comment is opened during a public hearing.
