October 27 Update:
Automatic Credit Card Payments are now up and functioning. Town Staff will work to reschedule more time for users to come and register in person for those who need assistance. Thank you for your patience!
October 22 Update:
We are currently experiencing issues with the automatic enrollment with credit card payments. This will not impact one-time payments only and / or customers wanting to enroll with auto bank draft. We are working with the vendor to find a resolution as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
On October 15, the Town of Addison will transition to a new credit card processor for its utility billing services. If you currently have your utility payments automatically charged to a credit card, you will need to re-enroll once you receive your October bill. These bills will be sent on October 21.
