At its August 11 meeting, the City Council approved a zoning amendment for Remington Addison Plaza, a 3.62-acre shopping center at 3711 Belt Line Road, east of Marsh Lane.
The amendment adds dental offices as a permitted use and updates restaurant regulations and parking requirements to align with Addison's current Unified Development Code. No site improvements are proposed as part of the zoning change.
