The Town is shifting the direction of the Addison Circle Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plan, in light of the anticipated arrival of the Silver Line at the end of 2025. While the initial vision, approved by the City Council in 2022, included a combination of office space, retail, and over 600 multifamily units, the focus is now shifting toward an office space, entertainment, and hotel concept, moving away from multifamily development.

QIP, the current office developer, will present a cohesive, updated plan to the City Council on April 22 as a potential master developer for the entire project. This new direction enhances the area’s vibrancy and appeal, benefiting both Addison Circle residents and businesses. We are excited to see how this development will contribute to the future growth and success of the area, particularly with the exciting changes that the Silver Line will bring. Further details on the updated TOD plan will be shared during the April 22 City Council meeting.
