We are planning on spraying for mosquitoes across Addison on Wednesday, July 30, and Thursday, July 31, from 2:30am - 7am. Addison's Environmental Health Division received notice from the Dallas County Laboratory that a sample of mosquitoes tested positive for West Nile Virus (WNV).

At its December 10 meeting, the City Council approved a Special Use Permit for La Parisienne French Bistro, a full-service restaurant offering a chic Parisian dining experience. La Parisienne will combine two currently vacant spaces in Village on the Parkway, 5100 Belt Line Road, to create a 4,804-square-foot restaurant with an additional 600-square-foot outdoor patio.
This new addition to Addison will serve brunch, lunch, dinner, and daily tea service, with plans to host live saxophone and jazz performances on weeknights. With seating for 191 guests and a menu that reflects the charm of Paris, La Parisienne is set to become a must-visit destination. This will be the second location for La Parisienne, following its successful debut at The Star in Frisco.
