Addison City Manager David Gaines shared his proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026 with the City Council on July 31, as is required by Addison’s Charter. His proposed budget allocates resources in alignment with the City Council’s Key Focus Areas and Strategic Objectives for fiscal year 2025‑2026. It also creates a vision for Addison’s future, executes and follows through on the Town's commitments to the community, and supports the employees to exhibit the Addison Way and follow our core values of Accountability, Responsiveness, Innovation, Service, and Integrity.
