At its February 10 meeting, the City Council approved a rezoning request that will allow for the construction of a new single-story, multi-tenant commercial building at 1 Commercial Drive. The project will include the relocation of Box Investment Group’s corporate headquarters from Dallas to Addison. The currently vacant site is located along Belt Line Road between Frost Bank and the Asbury Circle townhomes. The project will move forward through site development and permitting before construction begins.
