In accordance with the Code of Ordinances, Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) Chair Denise Fansler presented the Commission's 2025 Annual Report to the Council at the April 7 City Council Work Session. Over eight regular meetings, the P&Z reviewed 20 cases, including seven Rezoning and Development Plan Requests, five Special Use Permit Requests, five Plat Requests, two Zoning Text Amendments, and one Long-Range Planning Policy. Two notable projects the Commission reviewed and acted upon in 2025 were the Addison Comprehensive Plan and the Unified Development Code.
