Addison Oktoberfest returns to Addison Circle Park September 17–20! As we get ready to welcome thousands of guests for four days of festivities, crews will be busy transforming the park and surrounding area for the event.

Beginning Monday, September 14, temporary park, road, and parking lot closures will be needed for event setup, Addison Oktoberfest, and teardown.

We know these closures can affect your normal routes and routines, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility while our teams work to safely prepare for the event and restore the area afterward.

Addison Circle Park Closure Begins at 5pm on Tuesday, September 15

Addison Circle Park will be unavailable during event setup, Addison Oktoberfest and teardown beginning at 5pm on Tuesday, September 15. During the closure, visitors are encouraged to enjoy other nearby parks, including Spruill, Bosque, Beckert and Parkview. Find information about Addison parks at AddisonTx.gov/parks

 

Road and Parking Lot Closures

Monday, September 14

Beginning at 8am.:

  • Festival Way from Addison Road to Quorum Drive will close.
  • Addison Circle from Addison Road to Witt Place will close.
  • Town Hall parking lot will close. Please use the Morris Avenue parking lot as identified on the closure map.

Festival Way, this section of Addison Circle and the Town Hall parking lot are expected to reopen by 5pm on Monday, September 21.

Thursday, September 17

Beginning at 8am:

  • Addison Circle from Witt Place to Beckert Park will close.
  • Witt Place from south of the parking garage entrance/exit to Addison Circle will close.

These streets are expected to reopen by 10pm on Sunday, September 20, or as soon as vendor load out can be safely completed.

Also beginning at 8am:

  • Quorum Drive from Morris Avenue to Arapaho Road will close.
  • Northbound Quorum Drive from Edwin Lewis Drive to Arapaho Road will close.
  • McEntire Place from Quorum Drive to Lewis Place will close.

These streets are expected to reopen by 7pm on Sunday, September 20, or as soon as guests have safely exited the event area.

Festival Parking

Free festival parking is available at:

  • Addison Circle II Garage, 15725 Dallas Parkway
  • Millennium Garage, 15455 N. Dallas Parkway
  • Colonnade Garage, 15305 N. Dallas Parkway

Accessible parking is available at the Addison DART Transit Station east lot, 4925 Arapaho Road and at the parking garages listed above.

Guests can also ride the DART Silver Line to Addison Station, located adjacent to the festival grounds.
