The City Council approved a contract for holiday lighting services at Addison Circle Park at its September 22 meeting. The agreement with Premier Christmas, a full-service commercial lighting vendor, is for a one-year term not to exceed $225,000 and was included in the Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
This initial phase will transform the annual Tree Lighting into a park-wide lighting display for December, complementing Vitruvian Lights and making Addison Circle Park a holiday destination. The project includes lighting trees on Quorum Road and Addison Circle, a light curtain on the iron fence along Addison Road, and additional décor and lighting elements.
Premier Christmas will handle installation, takedown, transportation, and annual storage. The lighting is scheduled to be ready for a December 5 holiday event, with more details to be shared as the date approaches.
