At its February 10 meeting, the City Council approved a contract with Construction Solutions USA, LLC in the amount of $165,164.26 to renovate the Addison Athletic Club outdoor pool restrooms, which have not been updated since they were built in 2003. The total project construction budget of $181,680 includes a $16,515.74 owner’s allowance to address any unforeseen issues that may arise during construction.
Funded in the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget, the project responds to member feedback and staff-identified maintenance needs with upgrades such as slip-resistant flooring, updated fixtures and partitions, enhanced ADA elements, improved lighting and ventilation, and other functional improvements. Renovations are anticipated to be complete before the pool opens in May.
