2025 Employee Awards Recognition

At the February 24 Council Meeting, Addison City Manager David Gaines recognized the recipients of the 2025 Employee of the Year Awards. These peer-nominated awards celebrate employees who exemplify Addison’s BRAVE organizational values: Accountability, Responsiveness, Innovation, Service, and Integrity:

Employee of the Year – Brittney Avila, Code Compliance Officer

AccountaBility Award – Emily Watson, HR Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsiveness Award – Ryan Claustre, Community Engagement Officer

InnovAtion Award – Curt Stiles, Facilities Specialist

SerVice Award – Felicia Craighead, Executive Assistant

IntEgrity Award – Justin Harding, Line Maintenance Manager

Hero Award – Petr Lucas, AFD Driver/Engineer

Department of the Year – Police Department

These individuals and teams represent the very best of the Town of Addison. Their dedication to serving our community and supporting one another makes Addison a stronger organization and a better place to live, work, and play.
