Nancy Craig's 40+ year tenure in finance and real estate is highlighted by her instrumental roles within several Hunt Family entities. As the Senior Vice President and CFO of Hunt Properties, Inc. in the most recent many years, she has been at the forefront of expansive commercial real estate initiatives including interactions with cities and municipal districts, financial negotiations and debt management, accounting, and tax planning. Her professional journey began in a leading Dallas bank's internal audit department during which time she achieved her CPA designation, setting the foundation for consistent career growth and achievement.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Nancy's commitment to Addison is evident. A resident for over 20 years, she has actively participated in community affairs. Her three-year tenure on Addison's Planning and Zoning Commission and her leadership as the president of the Addison Timbers Homeowners Association highlight her dedication. Nancy has also been an integral part of several Town of Addison committees including the Bond Advisory, Charter Review, Census Complete Count, and the Sam's Club Special Area Study Advisory Committees, later renamed as the Midway South Special Area Study. She is a 2018 graduate of the Addison Citizens Academy.

She is the proud mother of son Matthew and mother-in-law to Sara and blessed with 2 grandsons, Matthew (MJ) 4.5 years, Jackson 2 years, and one granddaughter Charli 3.5 months. In her spare time, she loves being with family and friends, traveling, watching sports, reading, and cooking.
