Bruce Arfsten has proudly called Addison home since 2003 and has been an active leader in the community for more than two decades. When he relocated to North Texas in 1990, he was drawn to Addison’s strong sense of community, vibrant character, and engaged civic culture.
Bruce has worked in the North Texas real estate industry for more than 30 years and is the Broker and Owner of Come to Dallas Realty, LLC., representing residential clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Earlier in his career, he worked in the hotel industry in Oklahoma City and North Texas, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and hospitality. In 2009, he expanded into training and development, leading workshops focused on communication, leadership, and human behavior.
Before being elected Mayor in May 2023, he served on the Addison City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Charter Review Commission, and Bond Advisory Committee. He currently serves on the North Central Texas Council of Governments’ Regional Transportation Council, representing Addison in regional transportation planning efforts.
Bruce is a longtime member of the Addison Midday Rotary Club and enjoys working from his home office alongside Coco, his Chocolate Lab and loyal companion.
