Addison Junction is a transformative mixed-use development project located in the Town of Addison. The project encompasses significant infrastructure improvements, multimodal mobility, utility upgrades, and public realm enhancements designed to support continued growth and connectivity in the community. Current work includes civil infrastructure design, site surveys, and all landscape and hardscape improvements.

Status Updates

June 12, 2026

On Wednesday, June 10 the Addison Junction Visioning Workshop was held at Town Hall. Representatives from Kimley Horn Associates, TBG, DWD, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, QIP, along with Town Departments and the City Manager joined to discuss the project and help shape the future of the Addison Junction project. A site walk was conducted along with several opportunities for round table activities and interactive group exercises. The Town is very happy to see this project moving forward and looks forward to construction in 2027!


May 14, 2026

The council has approved the design of Addison Junction with Kimley-Horn. We have held the initial kickoff meeting, during which key points of contact were established.
