Trinity Christian Academy Amends Master Plan

The Addison City Council approved a Planned Development amendment for Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) that allows updates to the campus master plan and development standards to support new and enhanced outdoor athletic facilities, including improvements to baseball and softball areas, a west grandstand, a stadium press box, and more.

Mary Kay Site Redevelopment Impact Study Approved

At the April 28 meeting, the City Council approved a professional services agreement with Cobb, Fendley and Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $164,075 to complete an impact study for the Mary Kay campus and the surrounding 33-acre redevelopment area.
