The Town of Addison always works hard to provide residents and the business community with superior services. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to serve our community.

The Collections Department has recently added a new option for paying your utility bill as well as your taxes or any other bill you might receive from the Town. You can now use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card to pay your statement each month simply by filing out and returning the form on the back of your bill.

Or, if you prefer, Addison also offers a free electronic option for paying your utility bill: Automatic Bill Payment (ABP). Through NationsBank, ABP allows you to pay your Addison utility bill electronically on the due date by having funds transferred from your checking or savings account. You will continue to receive your normal utility statement showing the date that charges will be deducted from your account. You do not have to bank with NationsBank in order to participate in this program.

To enroll in ABP or the credit card program, click on "Forms and Applications", fill out either authorization form and return to us with one of your VOIDED checks (for ABP program only). For more information on these programs, please contact Mary McGuffey at 972-450-7081.

For new residents moving into the Town of Addison, we have provided a "Water Service Application" under "Forms and Applications" that needs to be filled in completely and returned to our office with a $50.00 deposit 24 hours before you require water service. Please indicate on this form the date you need to have service started. This application takes care of your water, sewer, and trash service.

For businesses already located in the Town of Addison, we have provided a "Business List Update Form" for you to inform the city of any recent changes in your company.
