Development Services is responsible for the planning, development, and growth of Addison.  We are charged with protecting the public's health and welfare through enforcement of construction and maintenance codes; through inspections of restaurants and public facilities; and enforcing Environmental Protection agency regulations.  Learn more about each of these areas by clicking on any of the following topics.

New Developments in Addison

VITRUVIAN PARK
United Dominion Realty has bought nine old apartment complexes, will tear them down and build new multi-family housing.  This $1 Billion project will bring 5,400 new residential units to Addison. 

KELLER SPRINGS LOFTS
Icon Partners will soon be under construction on a 362-unit multi-family project at the southeast corner of Keller Springs Road and Addison Road

ALLEGRO
SNK Realty is currently under construction on a 272-unit multi-family project, with associated retail uses on the ground floor, in Addison Circle, between Spectrum Drive and the Dallas North Tollway. 

FAIRFIELD ADDISON
Fairfield Residential is currently under construction on 414 new multi-family units in Addison Circle, on the west side of Quorum Drive.

TWO ADDISON CIRCLE
OPUS West Group is currently under construction on a new six-story, 261,000 square-foot office building in Addison Circle, at the northwest corner of Addison Circle East and the Dallas North Tollway. 

PARKVIEW ADDISON
CityHomes is in the final stages of a 183-unit owner-occupied town home project in Addison Circle, located on the east side of Quorum Drive, north of Goodman Avenue.

REINVENTING BELT LINE
The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission is in the process of updating the Town's Comprehensive Plan. The first step in that process is formulating a development strategy to reinvent Belt Line Road into a diverse and exciting urban corridor.
