NEW DEVELOPMENTS in ADDISON

GEORGE HERBERT WALKER BUSH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Ground was broken on February 19 for the new elementary school at 3939 Spring Valley Road.  The school is scheduled to open in August 2011.

METHODIST HOSPITAL FOR SURGERY
Medica Development, LLC, recently completed construction on a 32 bed spine and orthopedic hospital for the partnership of Methodist Health System and Nueterra Healthcare in Addison.  Planning is currently underway for a 100,000 square-foot medical office building adjacent to the hospital.

VITRUVIAN PARK
United Dominion Realty is under construction on Phase II of a new multi-family community.  This $1 Billion project will bring 5,400 new residential units to Addison. 

ALLEGRO
SNK Realty recently completed construction on a 262-unit multi-family project, with associated retail uses on the ground floor, in Addison Circle, between Spectrum Drive and the Dallas North Tollway. 

15777 QUORUM
Fairfield Residential recently completed construction on 414 new multi-family units in Addison Circle, on the west side of Quorum Drive.

J-W Operating Company recently completed construction on its 82,000 square-foot corporate headquarters.
