button at the top left of the screen
- Click on "First-time
user? Click Here"
- Select "company"
and create your account
- Once your account has
been created, click "Online Services"
in the top left corner and select "apply
for a permit" from the drop-down
options
- From the "Please
Select an Application Type" select
"Economic Development Business
License Business Registration"
- Then choose "make
a search by property location"
and enter your business's physical address
omitting the street suffix
(ex. Please enter "Belt Line"
rather than "Belt Line Rd.").
- Fill out the application
information and click "Next Step"
- If Hazardous Materials
are used or stored on site please include
additional information by clicking "Add
Document".
If no hazardous materials are used or
stored on site click "Next Step"
- Review the application
information and if all is correct please
check "All the information is correct.
Process my application" and click
the "Process" button.
- Once Addison's Economic
Development team processes the application,
you will receive email notification
of the assigned license # and payment
instruction

and select the amount on which you want
to make a payment and click "Next

- Select "Web User"
and click "Next step"
- Enter the payment method
information and click "Next Step"
- Review the payment
summary information
