Currently Under Construction in Addison:

	Vitruvian Park United Dominion Realty is under construction on Phase I of a new multi-family community.  This $1 Billion project will bring 5,400 new residential units to Addison.  For more information, click here.
	Methodist Hospital for Special Surgery Advanta Medical Development, LLC has broken ground and is building a spine and orthopedic hospital for the partnership of Methodist Health System and Nueterra Healthcare in Addison.  For more information, click here.

The Town of Addison continues to prosper. While Addison is better than 90 percent built out, prime real estate remains and redevelopment opportunities at and near the Addison Airport are anticipated for the future.

Office & Warehouse

The 374,000 square foot Millennium office building and the smaller 100,000 square foot Parkside Corporate Center buildings were completed in 2000. Additionally, over 324,000 square feet of office/warehouse/showroom space to the northeast of the Addison Airport at the corner of Westgrove Drive and Excel Parkway also finished construction in 2000 and early 2001.

Urban Center

CityHomes completed 183 condominiums in the Addison Circle Urban Center. The homes range between 1,500 to more than 2,000 square feet.  In addition, Fairfield Residential completed 414 apartment units on nine acres on the west side of Quorum Drive in Addison Circle.  These additional units bring the number of multi-family homes in Addison Circle to approximately 1,700 units. Airport

Washington-Staubach became the operator of the Addison Airport in January 2001. This arrangement for the Town-owned airport has opened up a new era and is setting the stage for the fulfillment of Addison's master plan for airport growth, renovation, revitalization, and redevelopment.
