Capital Improvement Projects

VITRUVIAN PARK:   Generated by the redevelopment of the Brookhaven area, this project includes complete reconstruction of Brookhaven Club Drive replacing all pavement, drainage, and utility infrastructure, as well as streetscape, sidewalks and new street lights, 2 vehicular bridges, a pedestrian bridge and a 12 acre park with jogging trails.

BELT LINE ROAD:  This project will consist of updating the streetscape, street lights, bus stops, and sidewalks of Belt Line Road.  This project is intended to improve pedestrian safety and beautify the street.  This project is currently under conceptual design.

SPRING VALLEY ROAD: This project consists of the design and reconstruction of Spring Valley Road to construct a four lane divided cross section per the Town's Thoroughfare Plan.  The reconstruction includes paving, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, electric, gas, telecommunications, street lighting, landscape and streetscape improvements.

 AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS:  Several improvements are planned at Addison Airport, including Runway overlay, lighting, grading and drainage improvements, and reconstruction and overlay of Taxiway Alpha.
