The department manages the Town's financial resources and assists the Town's management with strategic planning.  Such responsibilities as financial reports, billing, collection, procurement, risk management, and developing the annual budget are carried out by the Department.

• Hotel Occupancy Tax Form - Monthly remittance form for submitting hotel occupancy taxes
• Solid Waste Collection Application - A permit is required to collect commercial waste within the Town of Addison. Haulers must complete an application and submit a quarterly report and fee to the Town. A $50 annual fee is required.
• Solid Waste Collection Permit Quarterly Form - A quarterly remittance of 5% of gross receipts is required for all Solid Waste Collection permit holders
