Zoning Approved for Hospital Facility
On April 14, 2009, the Addison City Council unanimously approved zoning for a hospital facility on the Dallas Parkway and Sojourn Drive.  The proposed zoning provides for a medical complex containing a specialty hospital and medical offices.  The plan will be constructed in multiple phases and will take several years to complete.  However, Phase I of the project, a 32-bed spine specialty hospital, will begin construction within the next two months.  The Town is pleased to have the opportunity to bring a major health care facility to Addison.
