Neil was born in NYC but left there as soon as possible for Texas.  Neil graduated from Richardson High School in 1965 and the University of North Texas with a BBA in 1979.   Neil served in the United States Army Active Duty from 1969 to 1971 as Staff Sergeant and in the National Guard from 1972 to 1975 as First Sergeant.  Neil is the owner of Creative Financial Professionals since 1981 and partner in LeeNik Ventures, LLC from 2004 to Present.

Neil has been married to Eileen for 17 years and has lived in Addison the whole time. They first lived in the Le Lacs area and now live in Addison Circle.  Neil's hobbies include flying, travel, scuba diving, and martial arts.
