Kimberly Lay has lived in North Texas since 1997 and has worked in various areas of training and recruiting in the direct sales industry. Kimberly joined Conrow Company Commercial Real Estate in 2002 to focus on tenant representation and land development.  Much of her professional time is spent on site selection and property acquisition for various retailers and office users.

Kimberly is a graduate of the Town of Addison Citizen Academy (2006) and of Leadership Metrocrest (Class XVII). Kimberly facilitated the Town of Addison's Business Development Citizens Advisory Committee (2006-2007) and served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner (2007-2008). Kimberly is a member of the Addison Business Association and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce. She is the Board President for CONTACT Crisis Line and immediate Past President of CompleNet Alliance. She is also a charter member of Women of WaterTower. Kimberly was named one of 25 "Top Female Business Executives" by Addison Magazine in 2006.

Kimberly finds great value in spending time with her "Little Sister" through Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas.

She and her husband, Joshua, moved to Addison in 2006 and have one daughter, Olivia.
