Kimberly is the Deputy Mayor Pro Tempore and has served on the Addison City Council since 2008. As a Vice President at Hudson Peters Commercial Real Estate, her specialized experience is in Buyer and Tenant Representation for office, retail, and industrial users.

Kimberly is the 2010 recipient of the prestigious Paul Hanson Award for community service. In 2011, she was also honored as one of the three Top Female Business Executives according to Addison Magazine.
