Apartment License Application

Owners/operators of multi-family housing (apartments, condominiums, etc.) in Addison shall acquire and renew each year in May, a license from the Environmental Services Dept.

Food Service License

Effective October 1, 2005 food service establishment fee's are increasing.

Rules for Outdoor Food Events

Addison hotels and restaurants preparing and serving food and beverage outdoors in conjunction with a Special Event shall conform to an abbreviated food protection guideline

Special Promotion Permit

Effective October 1, 2005 the fee for Special Promotion Permit will increase to $75.00

Swimming Pool Operator License Application

Owners/operators of public and semi-private pools and spas (apartments, hotels, homeowners associations, etc.) are required to obtain an operators license that is valid for one year and must be renewed in May.

Temporary Food Service License

Effective October 1, 2005 Temporary Food Service License fee's will increase
