As you may or may not know, all of Addison’s water comes from the City of Dallas’ Elm Fork Water Treatment Plant. Dallas is currently performing maintenance at this Treatment Plant located on Sandy Lake Road and I-35. During this plant shutdown, our water is coming from the Bachman Lake Plant and the Eastside Plant and you may experience a different taste in your drinking water.

Be assured your water is safe to drink. The Elm Fork Water Plant should be put back in service within the next few days and your water taste should return to normal.
